My love story

For my entire adult life, I struggled in dating and relationships.

In fact, until age 42, I had never been in a healthy relationship so I understand how frustrating it feels when you see everyone around you finding love and you’re left struggling and wondering if there’s something wrong with you.

For years I dipped in and out of the apps. I would feel really inspired to set my profile up and start swiping.

I would go on a few dates, some of which were ok but never went anywhere.

I got ghosted a lot and every time it would send me into a dark spiral of “I mustn’t be pretty enough, hot enough, what is wrong with me?”

I would get guys who would over sexualise within 2 minutes of matching and send me a dick pic within 3!!

After a few weeks, I would be frustrated and exhausted from the constant games. And the obsessing about someone messaging me or not messaging me sucked the life out of me. I got dating burnout big time.

That’s when I would delete the app and tell myself I’m better off being single.

Any guys I met out in the real world would be emotionally unavailable, players, not looking for anything serious.  

And if I did meet someone and there was a slight glimmer that he was a genuine guy looking for something serious I would sabotage it!!

But after taking the steps I’m sharing with you in this guide things shifted. The men I began attracting on the apps were different and I actually met my boyfriend on Tinder.
